Registra\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo tohoto projektu je CZ.1.04\/3.1.03\/87.00020 a je podpo\u0159en finan\u010dn\u00edmi prost\u0159edky z ESF\u00a0 a ze st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu v r\u00e1mci Opera\u010dn\u00edho programu Lidsk\u00e9 zdroje a zam\u011bstnanost. Realizace projektu byla zah\u00e1jena 1. 7. 2013 a cel\u00fd projekt bude dokon\u010den do 30. 6. 2015.\u00a0 \u00dazce spolupracujeme s Centrem podpory transformace, o.p.s. V r\u00e1mci projektu bude zpracov\u00e1n koncept podpory v komunit\u011b ( transforma\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1n), budeme zpracov\u00e1vat anal\u00fdzy st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho stavu v za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f, pot\u0159eb u\u017eivatel\u016f, prob\u011bhne person\u00e1ln\u00ed audit a audit zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na standardy kvality poskytovan\u00fdch slu\u017eeb atp. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku 2014 budou aktivity projektu zam\u011b\u0159eny na pr\u00e1ci s u\u017eivateli, opatrovn\u00edky, vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f atp. V\u00fdstupem projektu bude pl\u00e1n, jak budeme v Benjam\u00ednu d\u00e1le pracovat po ukon\u010den\u00ed tohoto projektu. Byl sestaven realiza\u010dn\u00ed t\u00fdm projektu. Jeho \u010dleny jsou Mgr. \u0160\u00e1rka Hlisnikovsk\u00e1- metodik projektu, z\u00e1stupce CPT, o.p.s, Mgr. Karin Vr\u00e1blov\u00e1 \u2013 odborn\u00fd pracovn\u00edk a koordin\u00e1tor, Ing. Dagmar Proch\u00e1zkov\u00e1 \u2013 finan\u010dn\u00ed koordin\u00e1tor, Mgr. Bohdana Herz\u00e1nov\u00e1 \u2013 odborn\u00fd pracovn\u00edk. \u010cleny t\u00fdmu jsou tak\u00e9 z\u00e1stupci DOZP Benjam\u00edn Mgr. Darja Kuncov\u00e1 \u2013 \u0159editelka organizace a Bc. Ta\u0165\u00e1na Chmielov\u00e1 \u2013 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00edk. O pr\u016fb\u011bhu realizace tohoto projektu V\u00e1s budeme na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch Benjam\u00ednu pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b informovat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">T\u00fdm pro realizaci projektu \u201eTransformace organizace Benjam\u00edn\u201c byl propojen s\u00a0pracovn\u00edm t\u00fdmem pro transformaci Benjam\u00ednu, kter\u00fd v\u00a0Benjam\u00ednu p\u016fsob\u00ed od roku 2009. Dne 17. 9. 2013 se konala prvn\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00e1 sch\u016fzka. T\u00fdm bez z\u00e1stupce z\u0159izovatele a nez\u00e1visl\u00fdch odborn\u00edk\u016f se sch\u00e1z\u00ed jednou za m\u011bs\u00edc nebo operativn\u011b dle pot\u0159eb a pln\u011bn\u00ed \u00fakol\u016f z projektu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">V\u00a0r\u00e1mci pln\u011bn\u00ed \u00fakol\u016f, kter\u00e9 vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed z\u00a0projektu \u201eTransformace organizace Benjam\u00edn\u201c jsme od \u010dervence 2013 realizovali n\u011bkolik aktivit, kter\u00e9 jsou v\u00a0tomto projektu nastaveny. Krom\u011b n\u011bkolika r\u016fzn\u00fdch anal\u00fdz to byl zejm\u00e9na podp\u016frn\u00fd audit kvality poskytovan\u00fdch slu\u017eeb, kter\u00fd hodnotil st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed stav v\u00a0Benjam\u00ednu a podm\u00ednky pro \u017eivot u\u017eivatel\u016f. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fdsledk\u016f auditu jsme p\u0159ijali opat\u0159en\u00ed k\u00a0eliminaci institucion\u00e1ln\u00edch prvk\u016f v\u00a0n\u00e1hradn\u00edm bydlen\u00ed i k\u00a0odstran\u011bn\u00ed nedostatk\u016f, kter\u00e9 se v\u00a0hodnocen\u00ed projevily. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci tohoto projektu jsme se z\u00fa\u010dastnili vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch akc\u00ed, na z\u00e1klad\u011b kter\u00fdch jsme realizovali hodnocen\u00ed pot\u0159eb dosp\u011bl\u00fdch u\u017eivatel\u016f a t\u00edm zjistili v\u00fd\u0161i pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 m\u00edry podpory u jednotliv\u00fdch u\u017eivatel\u016f. V\u00fdstupem tohoto hodnocen\u00ed bylo nap\u0159. pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti pro u\u017eivatele na\u0161\u00ed slu\u017eby k\u00a0poskytovateli pobytov\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed slu\u017eby ve m\u011bst\u011b Orlov\u00e1, kde by cht\u011bl u\u017eivatel \u017e\u00edt. \u010clenov\u00e9 t\u00fdmu pro transformaci organizace Benjam\u00edn se pod\u00edleli ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0Mgr. Terezi\u00ed Hrad\u00edlkovou na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed metodiky a dal\u0161\u00edch dokument\u016f (dotazn\u00edk atp.) k\u00a0hodnocen\u00ed pot\u0159eb d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 \u017eij\u00ed v\u00a0Benjam\u00ednu. Toto hodnocen\u00ed se bude realizovat v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu ledna a \u00fanora 2014. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci projektu prob\u011bhly i dal\u0161\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed akce, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016fm z\u00edsk\u00e1vat pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 informace a dovednosti v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci s\u00a0u\u017eivateli i k\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmu prohlubov\u00e1n\u00ed procesu transformace v\u00a0Benjam\u00ednu a zkvalit\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed poskytovan\u00fdch slu\u017eeb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Zpr\u00e1va o pr\u016fb\u011bhu realizace projektu Transformace organizace Benjam\u00edn v\u00a0roce 2014<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">B\u011bhem cel\u00e9ho roku 2014 prob\u00edhaly pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 sch\u016fzky transforma\u010dn\u00edho t\u00fdmu (zpravidla jednou m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b), sch\u016fzek se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed metodik transformace, \u0159editelka organizace, vedouc\u00ed slu\u017eeb, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00edci, odborn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci pro podporu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f i u\u017eivatel\u016f slu\u017eby, vedouc\u00ed zdravotn\u00edho \u00faseku, ekonom a dle mo\u017enost\u00ed tak\u00e9 z\u00e1stupce z\u0159izovatele a spolupracuj\u00edc\u00edch organizac\u00ed (Autistik, o. s.). Dle pl\u00e1nu realizace projektu byly zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed v\u00fdstupy a anal\u00fdzy (person\u00e1ln\u00ed anal\u00fdza, anal\u00fdza okol\u00ed, koncept podpory v komunit\u011b) a pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b byly p\u0159ipravov\u00e1ny podklady ke zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed transforma\u010dn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu. B\u011bhem roku se uskute\u010dnila tak\u00e9 setk\u00e1n\u00ed s pracovn\u00edky slu\u017eby, kter\u00fdm byly p\u0159ed\u00e1ny informace o p\u0159ipravovan\u00fdch i realizovan\u00fdch transforma\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1m\u011brech a\u00a0o\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu realizace projektu<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00edry nezbytn\u00e9 podpory dosp\u011bl\u00fdch u\u017eivatel\u016f slu\u017eby<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">Od za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2014 se pracovalo s v\u00fdstupy z Vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00edry nezbytn\u00e9 podpory, kter\u00e9 prob\u011bhlo koncem p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00e9ho roku u v\u0161ech st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch u\u017eivatel\u016f (a jednoho u\u017eivatele ve\u00a0v\u011bku 16 let, u n\u011bj\u017e byla m\u00edra nezbytn\u00e9 podpory dle metodiky hodnocena jako u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch). U nov\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edman\u00fdch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch u\u017eivatel\u016f slu\u017eby se vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00edry nezbytn\u00e9 podpory prov\u00e1d\u00ed po\u00a0ukon\u010den\u00ed adapta\u010dn\u00ed doby (pot\u00e9, co si u\u017eivatel v\u00a0domov\u011b zvykne a\u00a0pracovn\u00edci se nau\u010d\u00ed rozum\u011bt jeho projev\u016fm). Proces vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed se \u0159\u00eddil metodikou MPSV \u201ePosuzov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00edry nezbytn\u00e9 podpory u\u017eivatel\u016f, doporu\u010den\u00fd postup \u010d. 1\/2010\u201c. Na\u00a0z\u00e1klad\u011b vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed lze konstatovat, \u017ee v\u0161ichni u\u017eivatel\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed ze strany poskytovan\u00e9 slu\u017eby vysokou m\u00edru podpory. Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 informace byly vyu\u017eity v r\u00e1mci individu\u00e1ln\u00edho pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011bhu soci\u00e1ln\u00ed slu\u017eby.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Hodnocen\u00ed pot\u0159eb d\u011bt\u00ed<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">Hodnocen\u00ed pot\u0159eb d\u011bt\u00ed prob\u011bhlo za\u010d\u00e1tkem roku 2014 dle \u201eMetodiky vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159eb d\u011bt\u00ed v\u00a0\u00fastavn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed\u201c. U nov\u011b p\u0159ijat\u00e9ho u\u017eivatele prob\u011bhlo po jeho adaptaci v\u00a0domov\u011b koncem roku 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Hodnocen\u00ed zm\u011bn v\u00a0\u017eivot\u011b u\u017eivatel\u016f (d\u011bt\u00ed i dosp\u011bl\u00fdch)<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">Hodnocen\u00ed zm\u011bn v\u00a0\u017eivot\u011b u\u017eivatel\u016f prob\u011bhlo na podzim 2014 a byli do n\u011bj zapojeni v\u0161ichni st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u00e9 slu\u017eby.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159echodov\u00fdch pl\u00e1n\u016f a p\u0159\u00edprava na st\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed do Pet\u0159valdu<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">P\u0159echodov\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny byly zpracov\u00e1ny pro v\u0161echny st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed u\u017eivatele slu\u017eby (dosp\u011bl\u00ed lid\u00e9 st\u011bhuj\u00edc\u00ed se do\u00a0zrekonstruovan\u00fdch prostor v\u00a0Pet\u0159vald\u011b \u2013 DOZP i DZR, d\u011bti st\u011bhuj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00a0r\u00e1mci p\u0159echodn\u00fdch prostor v\u00a0Orlov\u00e9 i d\u011bti p\u0159ipravuj\u00edc\u00ed se na zm\u011bnu v\u00a0podob\u011b p\u0159ist\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch spolubydl\u00edc\u00edch). V\u00a0p\u0159echodov\u00fdch pl\u00e1nech byl stanoven pl\u00e1n na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed obdob\u00ed (co m\u011b \u010dek\u00e1, co je t\u0159eba ud\u011blat, kdo mi s\u00a0t\u00edm bude pom\u00e1hat, jak bude vypadat m\u016fj \u017eivot v\u00a0nov\u00e9m domov\u011b atp.), bylo tam pops\u00e1no, jak se budou u\u017eivatel\u00e9 seznamovat s\u00a0nov\u00fdmi prostory, nov\u00fdmi u\u017eivateli, pracovn\u00edky apod. Pro v\u011bt\u0161inu u\u017eivatel\u016f byly p\u0159echodov\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny zpracov\u00e1ny tak\u00e9 v\u00a0alternativn\u00ed podob\u011b dle jejich individu\u00e1ln\u00edch pot\u0159eb a mo\u017enost\u00ed a dle individu\u00e1ln\u011b nastaven\u00e9ho zp\u016fsobu komunikace. P\u0159echodov\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny se zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00ed tak\u00e9 p\u0159i p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch u\u017eivatel\u016f slu\u017eby.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Mapov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fastavn\u00edch prvk\u016f<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">P\u0159ed nast\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00edm do zrekonstruovan\u00fdch prostor prob\u011bhla n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bva p\u0159ipravovan\u00fdch dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed za\u00a0\u00fa\u010dasti veden\u00ed organizace, metodika transformace a pracovn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se v\u00a0organizaci zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edm kvality poskytovan\u00fdch slu\u017eeb. C\u00edlem setk\u00e1n\u00ed bylo diskutovat o \u00fastavn\u00edch prvc\u00edch souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s podobou bydlen\u00ed a zabr\u00e1nit jejich p\u0159enosu do nov\u00fdch dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed. I v\u00a0n\u00e1hradn\u00edch prostor\u00e1ch jsme se t\u00e9to problematice v\u011bnovali, abychom eliminovali mno\u017estv\u00ed \u00fastavn\u00edch prvk\u016f v\u00a0n\u00e1hradn\u00edm bydlen\u00ed, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm u d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">P\u0159\u00edprava nov\u00fdch dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">Nov\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti byly p\u0159ipravov\u00e1ny spolu s u\u017eivateli (n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u00e9 nov\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti pravideln\u011b nav\u0161t\u011bvovali, jin\u00ed byli o p\u0159\u00edprav\u00e1ch pravideln\u011b a pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b informov\u00e1ni jim srozumitelnou formou), kte\u0159\u00ed se p\u0159ipravovali na zm\u011bnu bydlen\u00ed, jednotliv\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti byly vybavov\u00e1ny a uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1v\u00e1ny dle\u00a0individu\u00e1ln\u00edch pot\u0159eb, mo\u017enost\u00ed a\u00a0schopnost\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u016f a s\u00a0d\u016frazem na b\u011b\u017enou podobu bydlen\u00ed. Spole\u010dn\u00e9 prostory v\u00a0dom\u00e1cnostech se\u00a0op\u011bt vybavovaly tak, aby odpov\u00eddaly individu\u00e1ln\u00edm pot\u0159eb\u00e1m u\u017eivatel\u016f a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se podobaly b\u011b\u017en\u00e9mu bydlen\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">St\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed do Pet\u0159valdu<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">St\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u016f prob\u00edhalo dle p\u0159ipraven\u00e9ho harmonogramu a v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0p\u0159echodov\u00fdmi pl\u00e1ny. Byla zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1v\u00e1na komunikace mezi u\u017eivateli slu\u017eby a nov\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edman\u00fdmi pracovn\u00edky, za\u0161kolov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u011b p\u0159ijat\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f v\u00a0individu\u00e1ln\u011b nastaven\u00fdch metod\u00e1ch a pom\u016fck\u00e1ch AAK vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch p\u0159i\u00a0pr\u00e1ci s\u00a0konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmi u\u017eivateli slu\u017eby (nejen pracovn\u00edk\u016f p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de, ale v\u0161ech zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, s nimi\u017e u\u017eivatel\u00e9 p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed do ka\u017edodenn\u00edho kontaktu. Odborn\u00fd pracovn\u00edk pravideln\u011b p\u0159ed\u00e1val specifick\u00e9 dovednosti pracovn\u00edk\u016fm a podporoval je p\u0159i jejich flexibiln\u00edm vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed gest jazykov\u00e9ho programu Makaton, ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00edch pom\u016fcek (komunik\u00e1tory, pom\u016fcky asistivn\u00ed technologie atd.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Podpora pracovn\u00edk\u016f p\u0159i zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, aktualizaci a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed metodick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f a vnit\u0159n\u00edch pravidel poskytovan\u00fdch slu\u017eeb<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">V pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku byla diskutov\u00e1na a z\u00e1sadn\u011b m\u011bn\u011bna n\u011bkter\u00e1 vnit\u0159n\u00ed pravidla organizace. Pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b pak jsou u\u017eivatel\u00e9 aktivn\u011b podporov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00edch zdroj\u016f v Pet\u0159vald\u011b, Orlov\u00e9 i okol\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Metodick\u00e1 podpora v\u00a0transforma\u010dn\u00edm procesu<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;\">B\u011bhem cel\u00e9ho roku 2014 prob\u00edhaly pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 sch\u016fzky transforma\u010dn\u00edho t\u00fdmu (zpravidla jednou m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b), sch\u016fzek se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed metodik transformace, \u0159editelka organizace, vedouc\u00ed slu\u017eeb, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00edci, odborn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci pro podporu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f i u\u017eivatel\u016f slu\u017eby, vedouc\u00ed zdravotn\u00edho \u00faseku, ekonom a dle mo\u017enost\u00ed tak\u00e9 z\u00e1stupce z\u0159izovatele a spolupracuj\u00edc\u00edch organizac\u00ed (Autistik, o. s.). Dle pl\u00e1nu realizace projektu byly zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed v\u00fdstupy a anal\u00fdzy (person\u00e1ln\u00ed anal\u00fdza, anal\u00fdza okol\u00ed, koncept podpory v komunit\u011b) a pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b byly p\u0159ipravov\u00e1ny podklady ke zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed transforma\u010dn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu. B\u011bhem roku se uskute\u010dnila tak\u00e9 setk\u00e1n\u00ed s pracovn\u00edky slu\u017eby, kter\u00fdm byly p\u0159ed\u00e1ny informace o p\u0159ipravovan\u00fdch i realizovan\u00fdch transforma\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1m\u011brech a\u00a0o\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu realizace projektu.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Touto cestou bychom V\u00e1s cht\u011bli informovat, \u017ee se na\u0161e za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zapojilo do projektu s n\u00e1zvem \u201eTransformace organizace Benjam\u00edn\u201c.
